Data Deletion

Request deletion of your CampaignBoss account, your workspace data, or both. You do not need access to a signed-in CampaignBoss page to start a request.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@thecampaignboss.com with the subject "CampaignBoss data deletion request." This is the process for both signed-in users and people who cannot access their account.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your CampaignBoss account when possible.
  3. State whether you want the CampaignBoss account deleted, the workspace data deleted, or both.
  4. Include enough non-secret information to identify the workspace, such as the account email and Creator Connections or storefront URL. Do not send passwords, access tokens, cookies, recovery codes, or payment-card details.

How CampaignBoss may verify ownership

Before processing a deletion request, CampaignBoss may verify that the requester controls the account or is authorized to act for the workspace. Verification can include replying to the account email address, confirming an active authenticated session, or matching limited account and workspace details.

If you cannot access the account email, explain that in the request. Support may use an additional review process and may decline or limit a request when ownership cannot be verified. CampaignBoss will not ask for your Amazon password or your CampaignBoss password.

Choose the request scope

  • Account deletion requests removal of the CampaignBoss sign-in account and associated account profile, subject to verification and retention exceptions.
  • Workspace-data deletion requests removal of data associated with the authorized CampaignBoss workspace while the account disposition is reviewed separately.
  • Both requests deletion of the CampaignBoss account and its authorized workspace data.

When a workspace has more than one authorized user or another legitimate owner, CampaignBoss may need additional confirmation before deleting shared workspace records.

Categories of data that may be deleted

After verification and review, deletion can include:

  • CampaignBoss account profile and workspace associations.
  • Creator profile, Creator Connections, storefront, and verification details.
  • Campaigns, brands, products, ASINs, product-research decisions, Projects, routing state, due dates, proof links, tasks, and workflow preferences tied to the workspace.
  • Message threads, message context, drafts, templates, queued-reply or follow-up state, and related communication records tied to the workspace.
  • Storefront, video, content, matching, and supported performance records tied to the workspace.
  • Saved automation preferences, local-state references, support records, and privacy-request records that are not subject to a retention exception.

Records that may be retained

CampaignBoss may retain limited information when reasonably needed for billing and accounting, payment disputes, security and abuse prevention, fraud detection, legal compliance, litigation or dispute handling, audit records, enforcement of agreements, and system logging. Stripe and other service providers may retain records under their own legal and operational requirements.

Backups and logs can expire through normal retention cycles after live workspace data is removed. CampaignBoss does not promise instant deletion or complete deletion from every backup at the moment a request is approved.

Local browser and extension data

Removing the CampaignBoss Chrome extension, clearing extension storage, or clearing website data can remove local data from that browser. Those actions do not by themselves delete CampaignBoss cloud account or workspace records. Use the request process above for cloud data deletion.

Request status, correction, or support

To ask about a deletion request, request a correction, or provide additional ownership information, email support@thecampaignboss.com from the account email when possible. Use the subject "CampaignBoss data deletion status" and include the date of the original request.
